基于LLC谐振变换的X光机电源设计
Design of X-ray power supply based on LLC resonant converter
【摘要】 LLC谐振变换器具有软开关、高效率和输出电压范围宽等诸多优点,针对目前X光机电源效率低、功率密度小的不足,文中设计了一种基于全桥LLC谐振变换器的X光机电源。建立了全桥LLC谐振变换器电路的基本结构,并分析了LLC谐振变换器的工作原理。在此基础上给出全桥LLC谐振变换器关键参数的设计方法并进行了仿真分析。对试验样机进行实验,结果表明该样机转换效率高、功耗小,实验结果和理论分析一致,故该设计方法可行。
【Abstract】 LLC resonant converter has the advantages of soft switch,high efficiency and wide output voltage range. Aiming at the low efficiency and low power density of X-ray machine source,a power supply of X-ray machine based on LLC resonant converter is designed in this paper. The circuit structure of LLC resonant converter is established and the working principle of LLC resonant converter is analyzed.The key parameters of full bridge LLC resonant converter are designed and simulated.The prototype is tested. The experimental results show that the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis with high conversion efficiency and low power consumption,so the design method is feasible.
