硝态氮与铵态氮不同配比对番茄幼苗根系生长的影响
Effects of Different Ratios of Nitrogen and Ammonium Nitrogen on Root Growth of Tomato Seedlings
【摘要】 为探讨不同形态及配比氮肥(NH4~+-N、NO3~--N)对番茄幼苗根系形态、生理特征的影响,以盆栽番茄幼苗为供试材料,设置不同浓度配比的铵态氮与硝态氮处理,测定番茄幼苗根系的鲜重、干重、根粗、根长、根数、比根长及根冠比。结果显示,在75%铵态氮+25%硝态氮的氮肥比例下,番茄幼苗根系生物量最大;空白对照的根冠比值最大;25%铵态氮+75%硝态氮处理侧根数量最多;硝态氮肥能促进根的伸长;50%铵态氮+50%硝态氮的硝铵态氮肥料配比最适合根的生长;25%铵态氮+75%硝态氮或75%铵态氮+25%硝态氮的硝铵态氮的配比最适合根增粗,而过多的硝态氮或铵态氮都会对根的增粗有抑制作用。
【Abstract】 In order to elucidate the effects of different forms and ratios of nitrogen fertilizers(NH4~+-N, NO3~--N)on the morphology and physiological characteristics of tomato seedlings, this study used potted tomato seedlings as research objects to set different ratios of ammonium nitrogen. The fresh weight, dry weight, root thickness, root length, root number, specific root length and root-shoot ratio of tomato seedling roots were determined by treatment with nitrate concentration. The results showed that under the nitrogen ratio of 75% ammonium nitrogen + 25%nitrate nitrogen, the root biomass of tomato seedlings was the largest; the root-shoot ratio of the control group was the largest; the number of lateral roots treated with 25% ammonium nitrogen + 75% nitrate nitrogen Most; nitrate nitrogen fertilizer can promote root elongation; 50% ammonium nitrogen + 50% nitrate nitrogen ammonium nitrate fertilizer ratio is most suitable for root growth; 25% ammonium nitrogen + 75% nitrate nitrogen or 75 The ratio of ammonium ammonium nitrogen + 25% nitrate nitrogen to ammonium nitrate is most suitable for root thickening,while excessive nitrate nitrogen or ammonium nitrogen can inhibit root thickening.
