基于系统动力学的房屋征收演化博弈分析
Evolutionary Game Analysis of House Expropriation Based on System Dynamics
【摘要】 为了研究国有土地上房屋征收进程推进困难的问题,本文提出综合考虑利益相关方的利益最大化、损失最小化和主观心理因素构建征收补偿的演化博弈模型;同时,为了弥补演化博弈的缺陷——无法反映每一项因素对于征收进程的影响状况,引入了系统动力学模型。在此基础上,选取实例进行仿真分析,验证了基于系统动力学的演化博弈模型在房屋征收进程中可以提供具有针对性的实质性建议,它能够促进征收进程的发展。
【Abstract】 In order to study the difficulties in the process of house expropriation on state-owned land,the article proposes to construct an evolutionary game model of expropriation compensation that comprehensively considers the interests of stakeholders,minimizes losses,and subjective psychological factors.At the same time,a system dynamics model is introduced to make up for the defects of the evolutionary game which cannot reflect the influence of each factor on the expropriation process.On this basis,a case was selected for simulation analysis to verify that the evolutionary game model based on system dynamics can provide pertinent and substantive suggestions in the housing expropriation process,and it can promote the development of the expropriation process.
