复合推进剂压强指数影响因素及调控方法

【摘要】 随着复合推进剂应用范围的不断拓宽,要求其燃速和压强指数在宽压强范围内具有可调性。固体推进剂的压强指数对发动机的稳定工作具有重要意义,近年来成为固体推进剂和发动机领域一大研究热点。文章综述了现有复合推进剂燃烧理论、压强指数的内涵和影响规律以及压强指数的具体调控手段,总结了调控机理,指出现有研究的局限性,并分析了未来的研究趋势。建议未来在以下几个方向开展系统深入的研究,包括进一步拓宽压强指数调节途径,提升调节效率;解决高压下压强指数失效,实现高压下可控燃烧;细化并量化各因素对压强指数的影响,为建立压强指数调控模型提供支撑;结合精细化实验手段探究调控压强指数的作用机理;完善复合推进剂燃烧模型,建立压强指数调控体系。

【Abstract】 The wide application of composite propellant requires a better adjustable performance of burning rate and pressure exponent.In recent years,the pressure exponent of solid propellant was of great significance to the stability of motor,and had become a research hotspot in the field of solid propellant and motor.In this paper,the combustion theory of composite propellant,the connotation and influence law as well as the specific control means of pressure exponent were summarized. The regulation mechanism of pressure exponent were summarized,the limitations of existing research were pointed out,and the future research trend was analyzed.It is suggested to concern the following aspects: broadening the regulation methods of pressure exponent and improving the regulation efficiency.Solving the pressure exponent failure under high pressure and realizing the controllable combustion under high pressure.Refining and quantifying the influence of various factors on the pressure exponent to provide support for the establishment of the pressure exponent regulation system.Adopting advanced diagnostic methods to explore the mechanism of pressure exponent regulation. Improving the combustion model of composite propellant,and establishing a pressure exponent control system.
