三七抗血小板聚集及抗凝作用机制研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨中药三七抗血小板聚集和抗凝的作用机制。方法:征集10例志愿者,每日口服三七3 g,连续服用5日。比较服药前后经由胶原(collgen,COL)、肾上腺素(epinephrine,EPI)、二磷酸腺苷(adenosine diphosphate,ADP)和花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA)所诱导的血小板聚集率(maximum platelet aggregation rate,MAR),比较血浆中血管性血友病因子抗原(von willebrand factor antigen,VWF:Ag)、P-选择素(Pselectin)含量,凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT),活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)及凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)。结果:与服药前相比,MAR在第3、6日均显著下降(P<0.05),服药后第6日血浆VWF:Ag和P-选择素的含量显著下降(P<0.05),服药后第6日,TT、APTT、PT均延长(P<0.05)。结论:三七主要通过抑制血小板黏附、聚集和释放的作用起到抗血栓的作用,兼有抗凝作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss antiplatelet and anticoagulant mechanism of Sanqi(Panax notoginsengin).Methods: Ten volunteers were recruited and took Sanqi orally each day, for five days consecutively, to compare MAR induced by COL, EPI, ADP, and AA before and after medication, to compare the contents of P selectin and VWF:Ag,TT,APTT and PT.Results: Compared with before the medication, MAR lowered at the 3 rd and 6 th day after taking Sanqi notably(P<0.05). The contents of VWF:Ag and P selectin reduced notaly in the plasma at the6 th day after medication than these before the medication(P<0.05). TT, APTT and PT prolonged at the 6 th day after medication(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanqi could develop antithrombotic and anticoagulant effects through inhibiting platelet adhesion, aggregation and release.
