【Abstract】 By consulting the relevant literature on mammary cancer patients who have implanted totally implantable access port( TIAP) in upper arms in the past 10 years,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems in the application process thereof( such as puncture failure,infection,venous thrombus,catheter obstruction,rotation of the access port,etc.) and the processing methods,aiming at providing a theoretical basis for correct preoperative use of upper arm TIAP for mammary cancer patients.更多还原
