【Abstract】 Rice was easily affected by environmental conditions during storage,and some hazards including aging,mildew,damp,insect pests were easily happened. The nutritional taste and quality of rice products were declined. In this paper,the effects of the packaging materials inclucing,paper,plastic,nano packaging materials,and packaging methods including ordinary packaging,vacuum packaging,modified atmosphere packaging on the rice fresh keeping were reviewed. Meanwhile,the development trend of rice preservation package was prospected.更多还原
