重复经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症作用机制及临床应用
Mechanism and clinical application of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on schizophrenia
【摘要】 药物治疗可以很好控制精神分裂症患者阳性症状,但对阴性症状和认知障碍效果并不显著,重复经颅磁刺激是近年来发展的一种物理治疗方法。本文将从神经生理机制探讨重复经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症的影响及临床应用,为临床上残留阴性症状及认知障碍的精神分裂症患者进行重复经颅磁刺激治疗提供参考。
【Abstract】 Drug therapy can control the positive symptoms of schizophrenia patients,but the effect on negative symptoms and cognitive impairment is not significant. Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation is a physical therapy method developed in recent years. The influence of cranial magnetic stimulation on schizophrenia and its clinical application provide some reference for repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with schizophrenia with clinical residual negative symptoms and cognitive impairment.
