【摘要】 目的分析四维牵引复位结合椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松并胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析40例骨质疏松并胸腰椎压缩骨折病例,分别行四维牵引复位治疗结合椎体成形术,或单纯行椎体成形术,观察对比其疗效。结果四维牵引复位治疗结合椎体成形术治疗后伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角较治疗前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论四维牵引复位结合椎体成形术可有效减轻患者疼痛,恢复椎体高度,改善脊柱畸形,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of four dimensional traction reduction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty( PVP)in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture( OVCF). Methods 40 patients with OVCF were treated with PVP or fourdimensional suspension traction combined with PVP. The height of vertebra and the Cobb angle of each patient will be observed. Results The height of vertebrae and the Cobb angles in the group with four-dimensional suspension were significantly better than that before treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Four-dimensional suspension traction combined with PVP is good at relieving the pain,restoring the height of vertebrae and correcting spinal kyphosis,which is worth popularizing.更多还原
