【摘要】 目的观察升陷汤加味治疗气虚血瘀型心悸的疗效。方法选取气虚血瘀型心悸患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。2组患者均给予西医常规治疗,观察组则在西医常规治疗的基础上给予口服升陷汤加味治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组中医证候积分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论升陷汤加味治疗气虚血瘀型心悸疗效满意,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the modified Shengxian decoction in treating palpitation qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods Eighty patients with palpitation qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Shengxia decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).
