【摘要】 目的观察桂芍止痛散外敷辅助治疗儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法试验中共收集肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿58例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组31例,对照组27例。2组均予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上辅以中药外敷,疗程7 d,观察2组治疗前后主症积分、次症积分的变化及临床疗效并进行比较分析。结果治疗组总有效率为96.8%,高于对照组总有效率92.6%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后2组的主症积分及次症积分均减少,治疗前后组内比较性差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组在改善患儿主症(腹痛)方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),而在改善次症食欲食量、恶心呕吐、大便异常等方面,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0.05)。2组治疗前后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、单核细胞计数的组间及组内比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论桂芍止痛散外敷能有效改善肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的症状,临床疗效较优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guishao Zhitong powder for the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods Fifty eight children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 27 cases in the control group. Both two groups were given routine treatment of western medicine. The treatment group was given Guishao Zhitong powder on the basis of western medicine treatment. The treatment course lasted for one week. The primary symptom scores and secondary symptom scores before and after the treatment was compared,and the effectiveness of the two groups was analyze by the statistical data. Results The total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was 96. 8%,while 92. 6% in the control group,and difference between the two groups has statistical significance( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of primary symptom and secondary symptoms in both groups were reduced,and difference was statistically significant between the two groups before and after treatment( P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in improving the primary symptom( abdominal pain) of the children( P > 0. 05),while the treatment group had better effect on relieving secondary symptoms of poor appetite,vomiting,abnormal stool than the control group( P < 0. 05). There were no statistical significance between the two groups of white blood cell count,neutrophil count,lymphocyte count,monocyte count before and after treatment( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The research showed that Guishao Zhitong powder can significantly improve symptoms of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis and is of great clinical effect.更多还原
