【摘要】 目的研究加味人参养荣丸对维持性血透肾性贫血的有效性和安全性。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,全部患者均每周透析8～12 h,对照组给予右旋糖酐铁分散片每次2片,每日3次,重组人促红素注射液皮下注射每次4000 IU,每周1～2次。治疗组在对照组基础上加口服加味人参养荣丸治疗,每次20粒,每日3次,每个月为一个疗程,2组均持续治疗3个月后进行病情评估。结果治疗组治愈率为93.33%,对照组治愈率为70.00%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组在改善血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞、血清铁、不饱和铁结合力、铁蛋白、铁调素、超敏C反应蛋白水平方面优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论加味人参养荣丸可以显著降低肾性贫血患者铁调素水平,改善肾性贫血及微炎状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of modified Renshen Yangrong pill in maintaining hemodialysis renal anemia.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. Patients were on dialysis 8-12 h,per week. The control group was given 2 dextran iron dispersible tablets each time,three times a day,4000 IU,per subcutaneous injection of recombinant human propofol injection 1-2 times a week. On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given modified Renshen Yangrong pill,20 at a time,three times a day. One month as a course of treatment,and both groups were evaluated after 3 months of continuous treatment. Results The cure rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group and 70. 00% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment group was better than the control group in improving hemoglobin, hematocrit, erythrocyte, serum iron, unsaturated iron binding force, ferritin, ferritin,hypersensitivity C reactive protein levels( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Renshen Yangrong pill can significantly reduce the level of iron regulation in patients with renal anemia and improve the state of renal anemia and micro-inflammatory.更多还原
