【摘要】 目的探究路通丸配合妇仁合剂灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取88例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者随机分为2组,对照组采用输卵管通液术治疗;观察组采用院内制剂路通丸配合妇仁合剂灌肠治疗。比较2组临床疗效及妊娠率。结果治疗3个疗程后,观察组总有效率为88.64%,与对照组(65.91%)相较明显升高(P <0.05),且观察组临床妊娠率较对照组显著增加(P <0.05)。结论中医内治法结合外治法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症临床疗效确切,安全性高,复发率低,妊娠率显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lutong pills and Furen mixture enema in treating infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction. Methods A total of 88 patients with infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated by salpingostomy,while patients in observation group were treated with hospital preparation Lutong pills and Furen mixture enema. The clinical efficacy and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results After three courses of treatment,the total clinical response rate in observation group was 88. 64% which was higher than that of control group( 65. 91%)( P <0. 05),and the pregnancy rate in observation group was also significantly higher than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Internal treatment and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction has exact efficacy,high safety,low recurrence rate,as well as improved pregnancy rate.更多还原
