【摘要】 对于本文所述水热互结型狼疮肾炎,是以普遍认可的《金匮要略》中的"阳毒"为基础的一种分型,既往中医与本文所述相关疾病有很多,如"肾痹""赤丹"等,但少有人从六经辨证的角度去分析该病。现代中医对于狼疮肾炎有多种辨证方法。其中脏腑辨证多认为该病根源在肾,气血津液辨证多认为由热毒侵入血分所致,八纲辨证多认为该病以阴虚为主。而本文以现代中医对于该病的总体认识为基础,辨证方向更加系统且有针对性,少阴热化证与肾、心相关,同样包括血分证、阴虚证等,因此本文是对该病更清晰的一个辨证分类。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the lupus nephritis described in this article,the intermingled water and heat type is based on the "yang poison"in the generally recognized Synopsis of Golden Chamber.There have been many traditional Chinese medicine and related diseases mentioned in this article.Such as: "kidney arthralgia","Chidan",etc.,but few people analyze the disease from the perspective of differentiating of febrile diseases.Modern traditional Chinese medicine has multiple dialectical methods for lupus nephritis.Among them,zang-fu organ syndrome differentiation believe that the root cause of the disease is in the kidney,syndrome differentiation of qi,blood and body fluid believe that the heat and poison invade the blood,and the diagnosis according to the eight guiding principles thinks the disease is mainly due to yin deficiency.The article is based on the overall understanding of the disease by modern Chinese medicine,and the dialectic direction is more systematic and targeted.The lupus nephritis of heat transformation syndrome of shaoyin is related to the kidney and heart,and also includes blood phase syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome.Therefore,this article is a clearer syndrome differentiation classification of the disease.更多还原
