【摘要】 目的调查上海市公立医院党支部标准化建设现状,分析存在的问题,为公立医院加强党支部标准化建设提供借鉴和参考。方法采用自制调查问卷,对上海市20家公立医院党支部标准化建设现状开展调查,并分析存在的问题。结果公立医院党支部标准化建设,初步取得了一系列成果,但仍存在一些问题,表现为基层党组织设置不够科学、党务工作者业务能力不够强、落实组织生活制度不够严格等。结论公立医院标准化建设需进一步加强,通过优化组织设置,加强培训,建立党支部工作路径、科学的考核体系,达到标准化建设目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the current situation of standardization construction of the Party branches in Shanghai public hospitals, analyze the existing problems, and provide reference for strengthening standardization construction of the Party branches in public hospitals.Method:The present situation of standardization construction of the Party branches in 20 public hospitals in Shanghai was investigated with self-made questionnaire, and the existing problems were analyzed.Result:The standardization construction of the Party branches in public hospitals has achieved a series of preliminary achievements, but there are still some problems.For example, the establishment of grassroots Party organizations is not scientific enough; the professional ability of the Party affairs workers is not strong enough; and the implementation of regular activities of the Party organization is not strict enough.Conclusion:Standardization construction of public hospitals needs to be further strengthened.The goal of standardization construction can be achieved by optimizing organization setting, strengthening training, establishing the Party branch work path and scientific assessment system.更多还原
