【摘要】 目的对河北省14市52所二级医院的手术室优质护理服务工作实施现状进行评价,为进一步推进全省医院深入开展优质护理服务提供依据。方法抽取全省69位手术室相关专业专家,对全省14市52所二级医院进行调查,对评审结果进行汇总分析。结果 23所二级医院未达到平均水平,在手术室质控标准与评价方法、保洁人员培训管理、专科护士培训、敏感指标监测与管理等方面存在一定的问题。结论建议对存在的问题进行根本原因分析,联系实际整改,全面推进优质护理服务工作的落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the implementation status of quality nursing service in operating rooms of 52 grade-two hospitals in 14 cities of Hebei Province, and provide basis for further promoting the development of quality nursing service in hospitals throughout the province.Method:The experts related to a total of 69 operating rooms were selected to investigate 52 grade-two hospitals in 14 cities of the province, and the review results were summarized and analyzed.Result:23 grade-two hospitals have not reached the average level, and there are some problems in operating room quality control standards and evaluation methods, cleaning personnel training and management, specialized nurse training, sensitive indicator monitoring and management, etc.Conclusion:It is suggested to analyze the root cause of the existing problems, make rectification in connection with the actual situation, and comprehensively promote the implementation of quality nursing services.更多还原
