【摘要】 目的:研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合呋塞米、地高辛治疗慢性心衰(CHF)的效果。方法:选取CHF患者102例,将其随机分为常规组与研究组,每组各51例。常规组采用呋塞米、地高辛治疗,研究组在常规组基础上采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前、治疗3个月后心功能、血清炎性因子水平、6 min步行距离(6 MWT)及生活质量。结果:研究组总有效率92.2%高于常规组76.5%(P<0.05);治疗3个月,研究组LVEF高于常规组,LVEDD、LVEDV小于常规组(P<0.05);治疗3个月,研究组血清TNF-α、IL-33、ICAM-1水平低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗3个月,研究组6 MWT大于常规组,LHFQ评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合呋塞米、地高辛治疗CHF效果显著,能够改善心功能,减轻炎症反应,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with furosemide and digoxin in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods: 102 CHF patients were randomized into the conventional group and study group, each with 51 cases. The conventional group were treated with furosemide and digoxin, while the study group were treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium on the basis of the treatment for the conventional group. The therapeutic effect, cardiac function, serum inflammatory factors, 6 min walking test(6 M WT)and quality of life before treatment and 3 months after treatment were compared between both groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 92.20%, which was higher than 76.50% of the conventional group(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, LVEF of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, while LVEDD and LVEDV were lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05); the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-33 and ICAM-1 of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05); the 6 M WT of the study group was larger than that of the conventional group, while the LHFQ score was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sacubitril valsartan sodium combined with furosemide and digoxin has significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with CHF, which can improve the cardiac function, reduce inflammatory response, and improve quality of life as well.更多还原
