超声造影在缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉斑块稳定性评估中的研究进展
Advances in the evaluation of carotid plaque stability by contrast-enhanced ultrasound in patients with ischemic stroke
【摘要】 缺血性脑卒中与颈动脉粥样硬化发生发展相关,粥样硬化斑块的形成尤其是不稳定斑块是其发病的病理基础,而斑块内的新生血管生成是导致斑块不稳定性的机制之一。超声造影(CEUS)技术可以检测斑块新生血管密度和部位,通过及时判断并控制斑块的稳定性,可以降低缺血性脑卒中的发生。笔者就超声造影在缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉斑块稳定性评估中的研究进展进行综述。
【Abstract】 Ischemic stroke is associated with the development of carotid atherosclerosis. The formation of atherosclerotic plaques, especially the unstable plaques, is the pathological basis of the pathogenesis, and neovascularization in plaques is one of the mechanisms leading to plaque instability. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)can be used to detect the density and location of neovascularization in plaques, and timely determination and control of plaque stability is the key to reduce the incidence of stroke. This authors in this paper review the progress of CEUS in the evaluation of carotid plaque stability in patients with ischemic stroke.
