三七抗2型糖尿病的活性成分和作用机制的网络药理学分析

【摘要】 目的:利用网络药理学方法分析三七抗2型糖尿病的活性成分和作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP数据库筛选三七的活性成分及其药理靶标,GeneCard和OMIM数据库检索2型糖尿病的病理靶点,取其药物-疾病交集靶点进行PPI蛋白互作网络分析及获取关键靶点,并进行通路富集分析。结果:经筛选检索,共发现8个三七活性成分,157个药理靶标,其中JUN、AKT1、MAPK1、TNF、TP53、RELA、IL6、EGFR、FOS、CXCL8共10个为三七抗2型糖尿病的关键靶点,主要参与2型糖尿病、肝炎、胰岛素抵抗、PI3K-AKT等信号通路。结论:本研究通过网络药理学技术初步探讨分析三七抗2型糖尿病的活性成分和作用机制,为进一步研究和开发三七奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Objective: The anti-type 2 diabetes(T2 D)active ingredients and mechanisms of panax notoginseng(PN)were analyzed by network pharmacology. Methods: The active components and pharmacological targets of panax notoginseng were screened by TCMSP database, and the pathological targets of T2 D were retrieved by GeneCard and OMIM database. The drug-disease intersection targets were selected for PPI protein interaction network analysis and key targets were obtained, and finally the pathway enrichment analysis was conducted. Results: 8 active ingredients and 157 pharmacological targets of panax notoginseng had been found by screening and retrieval, among which, 10 were the key targets of anti-T2 D panax notoginseng, including JUN, AKT1, MAPK1, TNF, TP53, RELA, IL6, EGFR, FOS, CXCL8, which were mainly involved in PI3 K-AKT and other T2 D signaling pathways, hepatitis and insulin resistance. Conclusion: In this study, the composition and mechanism of anti-type 2 diabetes of panax notoginseng is discussed and analyzed by network pharmacology technology, which lays a foundation for further research and development of panax notoginseng.
