【Abstract】 Femoral intertrochanteric fractures are usually more common injuries in the elderly group, which mainly refers to fractures that occur from the base of the femoral neck to the level of the lesser trochanter. Intertrochanteric fractures of the femur are usually closely related to osteoporosis. Our country is currently gradually entering the aging society, and the incidence of fractures is also increasing.
