【Abstract】 Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)is the sixth most common malignant tumor in the word. The incidence of HNSCC in males is higher than that in females. It may appear in multiple parts of the body, mainly including malignant tumors in the oral cavity, nasal cavity, oropharynx, larynx and hypopharynx. Because of the high incidence, variable clinical manifestations and poor prognosis, NHSCC has caused serious impact on patients’ lives, and also brought great challenges to clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of HNSCC. The authors review the pathogenic factors, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of HNSCC in this paper.更多还原
