【摘要】 为培养学生创新能力和实践能力,中国药科大学生物制药实验教学中心结合课程专业特点设计了涵盖丙氨酸氨基转移酶的制备、柱层析纯化、SDS-PAGE电泳分离鉴定、酶活力测定等生物制药专业的基本操作实验.结果表明,该实验结果符合预期,学生兴趣浓厚,对其系统地学习酶的提取、纯化和鉴定起到了积极的作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate students′ innovative ability and practical ability,the experimental teaching center of biopharmaceuticals,China Pharmaceutical University designed a set of integrated biopharmaceutical experiments,including preparation,purification by column chromatography,SDS-PAGE separation and enzyme activity determination of alanine aminotransferase.With the experimental results in accordance with expectation,students showed a strong interest,which played a positive role in students′ systematic learning of enzyme extraction,purification and identification.更多还原
