表面金属化纤维材料研究进展
Research Progress of Surface Metallized Fiber Materials
【摘要】 随着航空、航天、军工、电子等领域技术的快速发展,对低密高强的纤维材料提出了更多功能特性需求,如电磁屏蔽、高导电等,纤维表面金属化有望改善其导电和屏蔽性能,已成为当前研究热点之一。本文介绍了纤维材料常用表面金属化工艺,重点概述了碳质纤维(如碳纤维、碳纳米管纤维)和有机类纤维(如芳纶、聚酰亚胺纤维)的金属化研究现状及其应用进展,展望了金属化纤维材料的未来发展趋势及应用前景。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of technology in the fields of aviation, aerospace, military industry, electronics, etc., more functional characteristics are required for low-density and high-strength fiber materials, such as electromagnetic shielding, high conductivity, etc. Fiber surface metalization is expected to improve its conductivity and shielding, which has become one of the current research hotspots. This article introduces the commonly used surface metallization technology of fiber materials, focusing on the overview of the metallization research status and application progress of carbon fibers such as carbon fibers, carbon nanotube fibers and organic fibers such as aramid fibers and polyimide fibers. Looking forward to the future development trend and application prospects of metalized fiber materials.
