新工科背景下大学生科研创新能力与素质培养途径——以环境工程专业为例
【摘要】 在新工科教育改革背景下,培养大学生的科研创新能力和素质对提升学生实践和创新能力有着十分重要的意义。针对当前高校环境工程专业教学存在着科研素质培养欠缺、创新精神重视不够和教学内容与方式单一等共性问题,文章分析了培养大学生科研创新能力的原则和重要性,提出了环境工程专业大学生科研创新能力和素质培养的途径,包括科研思维方法的培养、科研设计与技能培养、创新成果的凝练和转化等,有望为培养具有新工科思维特色、科研技能和实践能力的创新人才提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Under the background of new engineering education reform, cultivating the ability and quality of scientific research and innovation of college students is of great significance to improve their ability of practice and innovation. In view of the common problems of lack of scientific research quality, insufficient emphasis on innovation spirit, and single teaching content and methods in the current environmental engineering teaching in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the importance and principles of cultivating college students’ scientific research and innovation capabilities. And we put forward the ways to cultivate college students’ scientific research innovation ability and quality, including the scientific research thinking, scientific research design and skill training, and the transformation of innovative achievements. It is expected to provide reference for cultivating innovative talents with new engineering thinking characteristics, scientific research skills and practical ability.
