【Abstract】 In the context of the One Belt and One Road initiative, the number of foreign graduate students majoring in environmental specialty is increasing, bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the international development of higher education of environmental specialty in our country. Based on the current situation of cultivation of environmental specialty foreign graduate students in University of Science and Technology Beijing, the standardized mode of the whole process of foreign graduate students’ education is explored, and a new multi-dimensional driving mechanism for education is developed,in order to comprehensively improving the quality of the cultivation of foreign postgraduates in environmental specialty. The goal of this manuscript is to promote the new engineering construction and provide more high-level international talents for the construction of the Belt and Road and global environmental governance.更多还原
