工程博士生学业成果的影响因素实证研究

【摘要】 为了培养工程领军人才,我国于2011年开始设置工程博士专业学位,其培养模式主要依托学校、政府、企业"三位一体",注重解决国民经济社会中的重大工程技术问题,然而却鲜少有实证研究关注工程博士生的培养过程及特征。本研究基于西部某校工程博士生的截面数据,采用多种回归分析方法研究了工程博士生学业成果的影响因素。研究发现,导师在工程博士的课程学习上并未体现出显著的影响;在科研产出上,生源质量影响工程博士生是否取得科研产出,而在已取得科研产出的工程博士生中,主要受到工程博士婚姻状况和导师的影响。

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate engineering leading talents, China began to set up engineering doctoral degree in 2011. Its training mode mainly relies on the trinity of school, government and enterprise, focusing on solving major engineering and technical problems in the national economy and society. However, few empirical studies focus on the training process and characteristics of engineering doctoral students. Based on the cross-sectional data of engineering doctoral students from a university in western China, this study uses multiple regression analysis methods to study the influencing factors of the academic achievements of engineering doctoral students. The results showed that supervisors had no significant influence on their learning; in terms of scientific research output, the quality of students affected whether they achieved scientific research output. Among the ones who had achieved scientific research output, younger students had more output than others. Output of achievements was mainly affected by their marital status and their supervisors.
