基于共生理论的高校教师党支部党建与学科融合研究

【摘要】 高校基层党建工作与学科建设的有效融合既是新时代提高党建成效的重要途径,也是学科高质量建设的必然要求。运用共生理论研究高校基层党建和学科共生体系,探究融合途径对提升高校基层党建和学科建设水平具有重要价值。研究认为,高校教师党支部党建和学科融合存在党支部的设置有待优化、党建活动与学科交流结合不够、党建内容与学科建设融合不够等主要问题。在党建与学科共生系统的共生单元、共生环境、共生界面和共生模式等要素分析基础上,提出了优化党建与学科共生单元、营造党建与学科共生环境、打造党建与学科共生界面、形成党建与学科共生模式四个方面的融合实践路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effective integration of party building work and discipline construction in colleges and universities is not only an important way to improve the effectiveness of party building in the new era, but also an inevitable requirement for high-quality discipline construction. Using symbiosis theory to study the symbiosis system between the primary level party building work and discipline in colleges and universities, and exploring ways of integration is of great importance to improving the levels both of primary party building and discipline construction. The study indicates that there are major problems in the integration, i.e., the setup of party branches needs to be optimized, the insufficient integration of party building activities and subject exchanges, and the weak integration of construction contents. Based on the analysis of elements in terms of the symbiosis unit, symbiosis environment, symbiosis interface and symbiosis model of the symbiosis system of party building and disciplines, the paper proposes to optimize the symbiosis unit of party building and disciplines, create a symbiosis environment,create a symbiosis interface, and form a symbiosis mode, as to promote integrative development of party building work and discipline construction.更多还原
