【Abstract】 Medical students differ markedly from other undergraduate students in that they are engaged in careers that involves life. They need to highlight the concept of dedication, excellence and lifelong learning. The evaluation and assessment framework of medical students should promote the accomplishment of ideological and moral goals, knowledge structure goals,clinical skills goals and professional quality goals. Specific assessment methods should deepen peacetime, final, internship,practice, practical training and graduation assessment. The assessment of medical students should emphasize on noble medical ethics, solid clinical skills, profound professional knowledge, familiar with policies and regulations, smooth interpersonal communication, standardized, correct and independent handling of common clinical problems, flexible, meticulous and comprehensive handling of complex and difficult problems, and truly strive for excellence and all-round development.更多还原
