高校实验技术人员绩效考核指标的研究——以某高校调研数据为例
【摘要】 高校实验室是承担高校人才培养、教学创新和科学研究的重要基地,一流的实验室不仅需要精良的硬件设施,更需要一流的实验技术人员队伍。长期以来,多数高校把实验技术人员视为教师和科研人员进行实验教学或科学研究的辅助角色,没有为实验技术人员建立专门的年度绩效考核指标体系,影响实验技术人员的队伍稳定及工作创新。文章基于江西A大学的调查数据,从实验技术人员考核指标的选取及区分等进行了探究,以期为高校实验技术人员考核体系的建立,提供多视角的借鉴参考。
【Abstract】 University laboratories are an important base for talent cultivation, teaching innovation and scientific research.First-class laboratories need not only excellent hardware facilities, but also first-class experimental technicians. For a long time, most colleges and universities regard experimental technicians as auxiliaries of teachers and researchers in experimental teaching or scientific researches. There is no special annual performance evaluation index system for experimental technicians,which affects the stability of experimental technical team and their work innovation. Based on the survey data of auniversity in Jiangxi province, this paper explores the selection and differentiation of the evaluation index of experimental technicians, in order to provide a multi-perspective reference for the establishment of the evaluation system of experimental technicians in colleges and universities.
