高校教师“教”与“研”的博弈与共赢

【摘要】 "百年大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本。"随着科技的发展与社会的不断进步,当代社会对高校人才培养的要求也越来越高。教师是高校各项工作的核心力量,面临着如何兼顾教学与科研的问题,达到人才培养与科技创新的基本要求。教学与科研相辅相成、密不可分,将工作重心片面的放在任何一端都会导致教研失衡的不良后果。因此,在实际工作中我们要综合分析,统筹兼顾,在教学与科研的博弈中取得平衡,以科研促进教学,以教学拓展科研,最终实现双赢的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Centennial plan, education-oriented, education plan, teacher-oriented." With the development of technology and the continuous progress of society, the requirements of contemporary society for the cultivation of college talents are also increasing. As the core strength of all work in colleges, the teachers are always facing the problem of how to balance teaching and scientific research, so as to meet the basic requirements of talent training and technological innovation. Teaching and scientific research are complementary and inseparable, therefore an undesirable and unbalanced consequences will be lead if the focus is put on either side of teaching and research. As a result, we need to make a comprehensive analysis and make overall plans in practical work, to strike a balance in the game of teaching and research, and to promote teaching with scientific research and expand scientific research with teaching, which will finally achieve a win-win goal.更多还原
