【摘要】 文章通过分析美国双循环的发展历史和现状特征,讨论了中国应当如何更好地建设"以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局"。美国内循环发展具有消费推动增长、扶持制造产业、重视科技力量的特点。美国外循环的扩张得益于布雷顿森林体系中建立的霸权主义和美元的世界货币地位,但逐渐转向"逆全球化"。借鉴美国双循环的经验,中国应当做到:推动实体经济升级,提高本土化水平;鼓励科学技术创新,发展核心生产力;充分发掘国内市场,以消费拉动发展;加快人民币国际化,增强人民币职能;签订国际贸易协定,提升国际影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the development history and current situation of the dual circulations in the United States,this paper discusses how China should better build a new development paradigm with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other.The development of domestic circulation in the United States is characterized by consumption promoting growth,supporting manufacturing industry and attaching importance to scientific and technological forces.The expansion of American international circulation benefits from the hegemony established in the Bretton Woods system and the dollar’s world currency status,but it gradually turns to“anti globalization”.According to the experience of the United States,China should promote the upgrading of the real economy and improve the level of localization;encourage scientific and technological innovation and develop core productivity;fully explore the domestic market and promote development by consumption;speed up the internationalization of RMB and strengthen the function of RMB;promote international trade agreements and enhance international influence.更多还原
