【摘要】 以构建双循环新发展格局为契机,中国外贸出口企业在更大发展空间内面临着新的机遇和挑战。但是,中国出口企业存在融资方式受局限、企业负债率高等问题,难以适应其进一步扩大内需市场的投融资需求。为解决外贸企业现有融资困境,实现高质量发展目标,中国应实施非常规货币政策,积极发挥中国人民银行定向、结构的调控力度,坚持以结构调整优化、精准定向调控为基本导向,优化信贷市场的资金配置,引导信贷资源定向滴灌,发挥融资中介的角色作用,着力解决出口企业的融资瓶颈,助力双循环战略的有效实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Capitalizing on the opportunity of forming a new "dual circulation" development pattern,Chinese export enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges in a greater space.However,their investment and financing needs of further expanding domestic demand market cannot be adapted,due to limited availability of financing modes and high liability ratio.To address the financing difficulty of foreign trade enterprises and attain the goal of quality development,China is advised to implement a package of unconventional monetary policies,exploit the regulation of PBOC’s targeted structure,adhere to the general direction of restructuring and optimization and precise targeted control,optimize the fund allocation in the credit market,guide the directed dripping of credit resources,leverage the role of financing intermediary,try to break the financing bottleneck that troubles export enterprises,and fuel on the execution of dual circulation initiative.更多还原
