基于固有应变理论的等高齿弧锥齿轮铣刀盘焊接变形仿真研究
Simulation Research on Welding Deformation of Equal-height Spiral Bevel Gear Milling Cutter Head Based on Inherent Strain Theory
【摘要】 基于固有应变理论,使用Weld Planner有限元软件对等高齿弧锥齿轮铣刀盘的焊接变形进行研究,通过建立有限元模型准确快速得到铣刀盘的焊接变形规律。根据仿真模型和焊接参数对铣刀盘进行焊接,测量的变形和数值与仿真参数一致。
【Abstract】 Based on the inherent strain theory, the welding deformation of the milling cutter head of the contour spiral bevel gear is studied by Weld Planner finite element software.Through the establishment of finite element model, the welding deformation of milling cutter head can be obtained accurately and quickly.According to the simulation model and welding parameters, the cutter head is welded, and the measured deformation trend and numerical value are consistent with the simulation parameters.
