SDP1Cu预硬塑料模具钢高速车削工艺参数优化
Optimization of High Speed Turning Process Parameters of Pre Hardened Plastic Die Steel SDP1Cu
【摘要】 采用正交试验设计方案对新型预硬塑料模具钢SDP1Cu进行外圆高速干切削,旨在提高其车削的表面质量和加工效率。以切削力和表面粗糙度作为参评指标,利用极差和方差分析法分析切削力和粗糙度,利用多元线性回归分析法对加工的切削力和表面粗糙度进行建模分析,并利用多目标遗传算法对切削工艺参数进行优化。试验分析表明:切削深度对切削力变化影响最大,通过MATLAB软件分析得出最优参数组合为v=195.76m/min,f=0.157mm/r,a_p=1.025mm;优化结果为切削力F_z=459.9N,表面粗糙度Ra=1.557μm,材料去除率Qz=31589mm~3/min。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the surface quality and machining efficiency of a new type of pre hardened plastic die steel SDP1 Cu, high speed dry cutting is carried out by orthogonal experimental design.Taking cutting force and surface roughness as the evaluation indicators, the range and variance analysis method is used to analyze the cutting force and roughness, and the multiple linear regression analysis method is used to model the machining cutting force and surface roughness.Multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the cutting process parameters.Experimental analysis shows that the depth of cut has the most significant effect on the change of cutting force; the feed rate has the most significant effect on the change of surface roughness.Through the analysis of MATLAB software, the optimal parameters are v=195.76 m/min, f=0.157 mm/r, a_p=1.025 mm; the optimal results are cutting force F_z=459.9 N,surface roughness Ra=1.557μm, material removal rate Qz=31589 mm~3/min.
