【摘要】 新型城镇化及区域发展政策的快速发展,促使经济、社会等多样要素聚集,加速了乡村边缘化,造成乡村人居问题不断出现。在乡村振兴时期,各地的先行先试乡村振兴示范村通过探索人居环境建设路径、总结经验,寄希望于发挥其极核作用并带动其他乡村的发展。文章从人居环境理论出发,进一步聚焦乡村载体,从乡村人居环境的内涵着手,梳理现阶段乡村人居环境建设面临的困境,从生产空间、生活空间、生态空间及社会文化空间4个方面提出乡村振兴示范村的人居环境整治活化策略,并以四川省乡村振兴示范村官渡村为例进行实证探索,以期为乡村地区的功能转型、空间活化提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new urbanization and rapid regional development have enhanced socioeconomic concentration and rural marginalization.In rural revitalization,model villages in different regions have pioneered human settlement exploration and accumulated experiences for other villages.Based on human settlement environment theory,the paper studies the connotation of human settlement,concludes the difficulties in rural environment construction,and proposes renovation and activation strategies from four aspects:production space,life space,ecological space,social and cultural space for model villages.The strategy is practiced in Guandu village of Mianyang city,and provides a reference for the functional transition and space activation of rural areas.更多还原
