【Abstract】 For a long time, Mexico’s labor laws have been criticized both inside and outside of the country, and have been cited as a key cause of Mexico’s poor labor protection situation, as well as an important factor in the pressure on Mexico from the United States in the international trade arena. Against this background, the introduction of the new Mexican labor law, which ensures the smooth approval and entry into force of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada agreement in the three countries, has received worldwide attention. The article analyzes the background of the introduction of this law, the main contents of the changes and the possible effects, and analyzes the experiences and inspirations that can be learned from the reform of the Mexican federal labor law in the light of the specific situation of our country.更多还原
