高性能聚苯腈树脂——分子结构设计研究进展
High Performance Phthalonitrile Resin:Progress in Molecular Structure Design
【摘要】 聚苯腈树脂(PN)因其优异的耐高温性、力学强度、低吸水率、低热膨胀系数和介电常数,在船舶、航空航天和微电子等领域有着重要的应用价值。而PN树脂制备工艺中存在熔点高、固化温度高等问题,因此合成具有优异加工性能的PN仍然存在很大的挑战。文中综述了PN树脂的单体结构和设计策略,并对近年来通过设计单体结构改善PN树脂的加工性能和提高树脂的耐热性、力学性能、介电性能等的研究进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Phthalonitrile(PN) resin has potential applications in the fields of ship, aerospace and microelectronics thanks to their excellent high temperature resistance, mechanical strength, low water absorption, low thermal expansion coefficient and dielectric constant. However, there are some problems in the preparation process of PN resin, such as high melting point, high melting viscosity and small molecule volatilization in the curing process. The synthesis of PN with excellent processability is still a great challenge. This review summaried the monomer structure and design strategy of PN resin, and discussed the recent research progress of improving the processability of PN resin by designing monomer structure and improving the heat resistance, mechanical propertes and dielectric properties of PN resin.
