【摘要】 装备制造业在辽宁经济发展中居于至关重要的地位,但大而不强的状况比较明显。做强辽宁装备制造业并实现其高质量发展,最重要的路径就是以研发促创新。目前,研发经费总量投入不足、研发经费来源结构不尽合理、政策支持尚未形成完善的长效机制等问题制约着辽宁装备制造业的研发创新活动。为此,必须进一步强化装备制造企业的研发主体地位,进一步发挥政府在研发创新方面的重要作用,充分注重外资在研发创新方面的积极效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Equipment manufacturing plays an important role in Liaoning economic development,but the competitiveness is not strong. The high quality development of equipment manufacturing industry must attach importance to R&D.
