基于引力模型的辽宁省创新产出空间联系研究
Research on Spatial Connection of Innovation Output in Liaoning Province Based on Gravity Model
【摘要】 区域创新空间联系水平是以核心城市带动周边区域提高整个区域创新能力的基础。辽宁省是新中国建立后的重要工业基地,在向经济高质量发展路径转换的阶段面临着增长动能转换的瓶颈,具有一定的典型性。基于此,选取引力模型计算和ArcGIS软件绘制辽宁省城市创新产出空间联系,研究中心城市的创新辐射能力具有重要意义。研究结果表明:与2010年相比,辽宁省各城市创新产出联系明显增加,空间不平衡现象进一步加剧。以沈阳市为中心城市向全省辐射的格局得到进一步加强,辐射范围扩大至边缘城市。大连市作为二级节点城市的辐射能力被削弱,与营口市辐射能力相当。三级节点城市为六个,增加了鞍山市。辽宁省应该抓住"一带一路"建设和自由贸易试验区的重要契机,优化创新环境,提高城市路网和通讯信息网络建设,促进辽宁省创新能力和创新产出联系的不断提高。
【Abstract】 Select gravity model and ArcGIS software to calculate and draw the spatial relationship of urban innovation output in Liaoning Province, and research the innovative radiation capacity of cities in Liaoning Province. The results show that: compared with 2010, the innovation output linkage of Liaoning Province cities has increased significantly, and the spatial imbalance has been further aggravated. The radiation pattern from Shenyang as the central city to the whole province has been further strengthened, and the radiation scope has been extended to the marginal cities. As a secondary node city, the radiation capacity of Dalian has been weakened, which is equivalent to that of Yingkou City. There are six third-level node cities, and Anshan City has been added. Liaoning should seize the important opportunity of "one belt and one way" construction and Liaoning free trade pilot area, optimize the innovation environment, improve the constructi on of urban road network and communication information network, and promote the improvement of Liaoning’s innovation ability and innovation output linkage.
