酸改性镁铝水滑石固定化脂肪酶的研究
Study on Immobilization of Lipase on Acid Modified Mg-Al Hydrotalcite
【摘要】 采用乙酸和过氧化氢反应生成过氧乙酸对镁铝水滑石进行改性,然后负载脂肪酶得到固定化酶。探究了不同改性条件的镁铝水滑石载体负载得到的固定化酶活性,得到该改性方法下的最佳改性条件是:冰醋酸与过氧化氢为1∶2,温度70℃,反应时间40 min。同时,固定化酶的一次和二次回用的回用率可以达到80%,并对废纸浆中的微细胶粘物有很好的降解作用。
【Abstract】 Acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide were used to generate peracetic acid to modify Mg-Al hydrotalcite, and then lipase was loaded to obtain immobilized enzyme. The activity of the immobilized enzyme supported by the Mg-Al hydrotalcite carrier with different modification conditions was explored, and the best modification conditions under this modification method were obtained: the ratio of glacial acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide 1∶2, the temperature 70 ℃, and the reaction time 40 min. At the same time, the reuse rate of the primary and secondary reuse of the immobilized enzyme reached 80%, and it had a good degrading effect on the fine stickies in the waste paper pulp.
