【Abstract】 A horizontal smoldering characteristic measuring device for cigarette paper was designed. The self-designed sample support platform was used to solve the shortage of horizontal support mode in smoldering process of cigarette paper.Using image method to measure, real-time monitoring smoldering fire line can accurately measure smoldering rate of cigarette paper and saw tooth depth of fire line.
