【摘要】 目的观察溴隐亭联合激素治疗伴高泌乳素(PRL)血症肉芽肿性乳腺炎(GLM)的临床效果。方法选取伴高泌乳素血症GLM患者43例,随机分为对照组(激素治疗)和观察组(溴隐亭联合激素治疗),比较两组患者治疗4周后的PRL水平、疗效及复发率。结果对照组治疗前后PRL水平无明显变化(P>0.05),而观察组则显著降低(P<0.01),且明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3～9个月,对照组2例(9.52%)局部复发,观察组1例(4.55%)局部复发,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溴隐亭联合激素治疗高泌乳素血症GLM患者可以有效降低PRL水平,改善症状,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of bromocriptine combined with hormone in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis(GLM) with hyperprolactinemia. Methods A total of 43 cases with GLM with hyperprolactinemia were selected and randomly divided into the Control Group(hormone treatment) and the Observation Group(treatment with bromocriptine combined with hormone). After 4 weeks of treatment, the PRL level, efficacy, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant change in the PRL level of the Control Group before and after the treatment(P>0.05). The PRL level in the Observation Group was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01) and that of the Control Group(P<0.01). The Observation Group had the efficacy superior to the Control Group(P<0.05). The patients were followed up for 3-9 months, during which 2 cases in the Control Group(9.52%) and 1 case(4.55%) in the Observation Group had local recurrence, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Bromocriptine combined with hormone for the treatment of GLM patients with hyperprolactinemia can effectively reduce the PRL level and improve the clinical symptoms and the therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
