【摘要】 目的了解经尿道精囊镜手术对顽固性血精症患者的疗效及安全性。方法 60例顽固性血精症患者分别给予经尿道精囊镜手术治疗(研究组)或保守治疗(对照组),分析两组疗效及并发症情况。结果治疗后研究组精液中红细胞和白细胞水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01或0.05),勃起功能、射精功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.01),疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经尿道精囊镜手术可有效改善顽固性血精症患者精液、性生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy(TUSV) in intractable hemospermia. Methods Sixty patients with intractable hemospermia were treated with TUSV(study group) or conservative therapy(control group). Clinical efficacy and complications were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, spermatic erythrocytes and leukocytes were lower, while erectile function, ejaculation function scores and clinical efficacy were higher post-treatment in study group(P<0.01 or 0.05). There was no significant difference in complications between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion TUSV can effectively improve the spermatic and sexual quality in patients with intractable hemospermia.更多还原
