【摘要】 目的探讨小剂量哌罗匹隆联合氟伏沙明治疗更年期抑郁的疗效。方法收集2019年1月-2020年12月在我院诊疗的更年期抑郁症女性患者92例,依配对法将其分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组给予氟伏沙明治疗,观察组基于对照组治疗基础上联用小剂量哌罗匹隆,均治疗6周,比较两组疗效指标,包括汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分减分率、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及HAMD-17评分、血清学相关指标[γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平]、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估睡眠质量、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率93.48%,高于对照组的84.78%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HAMA评分、HAMD-17评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清学相关指标GABA、5-HT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论更年期抑郁症女性患者通过小剂量哌罗匹隆联合氟伏沙明治疗的疗效确切,安全性高,且能显著缓解症状,促使神经递质等的释放,改善睡眠质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of low-dose perospirone combined with fluvoxamine in the treatment of menopausal depression. Methods A total of 92 menopausal women with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected and divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fluvoxamine, and the observation group was treated with low-dose perospirone based on the treatment of the control group for 6 weeks. The efficacy indexes of the two groups were compared, including Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17) score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) score,levels of γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA) and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)evaluation, and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%,higher than 84.78% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the HAMA score, HAMD-17 score and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of GABA and 5-HT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of low-dose perospirone combined with fluvoxamine in female patients with menopausal depression has definite efficacy and high safety, and can relieve the symptoms, promote the release of neurotransmitters and improve sleep quality.更多还原
