【摘要】 盘状液晶是由中心的刚性芳香内核以及外部链接的多条柔性侧链组成,极易在π-π相互作用下发生盘—盘堆叠形成一维有序的柱状结构,该结构利于柱内的载流子传输,因此盘状液晶未来可期望成为优良的半导体材料。盘状液晶按照柱内有序性,分为有序柱状相、柱状塑晶相和柱状螺旋相,其中,柱状螺旋相具有更高的载流子迁移率。开展可形成螺旋相盘状液晶的分子结构的设计、液晶性能以及光电性能的研究对发展新兴有机光电半导体材料具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The discotic liquid crystal is composed of a rigid aromatic core in the center and a number of flexible side chains linked externally. It is very easy for the disc-disc stacking to form a one-dimensional ordered columnar structure under the π-π interaction, which is beneficial to the carrier transport inside the column, and the discotic liquid crystal can be expected to become an excellent semiconductor material in the future. Discotic liquid crystals are classified into ordered columnar, columnar plastic crystal and columnar spiral phases according to the order within the column. Among them, the columnar spiral phase has higher carrier mobility. Research on the design of the molecular structure, liquid crystal and photoelectric properties that can form helical phase discotic liquid crystal is of great significance to the development of new organic optoelectronic semiconductor materials.
