【摘要】 目的对比研究胰腺假性囊肿患者内外引流并发症,探索胰腺假性囊肿内外引流方式优缺点及并发症防治方法。方法通过回顾性分析研究2010年1月至2018年3月开封市中医院和河南大学第一附属医院71例进行胰腺假性囊肿内外引流患者术后并发症进行分析,其中外引流34例,内引流37例。结果 71例患者中,6例内引流1例外引流出现了胰瘘;2例内引流4例外引流出现术后出血;4例内引流5例外引流出现术后感染;12例内引流14例外引流出现术后胰腺假性囊肿残余;4例外引流出现术后复发;7例外引流术后进行再治疗;4例外引流出现术后引流管拔除困难;1例内引流患者术后死亡。结论胰腺假性囊肿内引流并发症风险低于外引流,临床可优先选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the complications of internal and external drainage in patients with pancreatic pseudocyst, and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external drainage in patients with pancreatic pseudocyst, as well as the prevention and treatment of complications. Methods From January 2010 to March 2018, 71 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst underwent internal and external drainage from Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University. The complications were analyzed retrospectively, including 34 cases of external drainage and 37 cases of internal drainage. Results Among 71 patients, 6 internal drainage and 1 external drainage patientshad pancreatic fistula after; 2 internal drainage patients and 4 external drainage had bleeding after operation; 4 internal drainage and 5 external drainage patientshad infection after operation; 12 internal drainage and 14 external drainagepatientshad residual pseudocyst after operation; 4 patientshad recurrence after operation; 7 patients had retreatment after operation. 4 patients had difficulty in pulling out the drainage tube after operation, and 1 case died after operation. Conclusion The risk of complications of internal drainage of pancreatic pseudocyst is lower than that of external drainage, and it is preferable in clinic.更多还原
