教师社会情感能力对学生社会情感能力的影响:多重中介效应分析
The Impact of Teachers’ Social Emotional Competence on Students’ Social Emotional Competence: Multiple Mediators Analysis
【摘要】 为改变学校教育中存在的情感失落现象,落实情感教育,教师需具备相应的情感品质与能力。本文采取实证研究设计,通过对834位教师的问卷调查,发现教师社会情感能力对学生社会情感能力有直接的正向影响,并能分别通过班级管理效能感、师生关系的独立中介作用以及社会情感学习信念→师生关系的链式中介作用对学生社会情感能力产生间接影响。上述结果表明了提升教师社会情感能力的重要意义,并为教师培养学生社会情感能力提供了参考途径。
【Abstract】 In order to change the phenomenon of emotional loss in school education, teachers should be equipped with emotional quality and competence. Based on the questionnaire data of 834 teachers, results showed that teachers’ social emotional competence had a direct positive effect on students’ social emotional competence; affected indirectly through the independent mediating effect of class management efficacy and teacher-student relationship, as well as the chain mediating effect of SEL beliefs→teacher-student relationship. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of providing teachers with training on social emotional competence and provides path references for teachers to promote the development of students’ social emotional competence.
