新农科建设背景下卓越种业人才实践教学改革探索

【摘要】 随着信息技术、大数据、区块链及物联网等新兴技术向种业领域渗透和国家出台的系列支持种业发展政策的实施,我国种业取得了长足发展,但与发达国家相比,仍存在许多短板弱项和“卡脖子”技术需要攻关,种业发展关键在人才,基础在教育。探索新形势下高校卓越种业人才培养实践教学模式,提出实践教学改革对策,构建更加完善的实践教学体系,对提升创新型高层次种业人才培养质量,推动现代种业健康发展,助力国家破解种业“卡脖子”技术难题和打好“种业翻身仗”具有积极作用。

【Abstract】 With the penetration of emerging technologies such as information technology, big data, block chain, and internet of things and the implementation of a series of state policies in favor of the seed industry, the development of China’s seed industry has been made a great progress, while compared with developed countries, there are much more weaknesses and cutting-edge technologies to be solved in seed industry in our country.The key to the development of the seed industry lies in talents, and the foundation lies in education.Therefore, it is important to explore the model of practical teaching for cultivating outstanding seeding talents in higher education institutions under the new landscapes, propose targeted strategies for the reform of practical teaching, and build a more comprehensive system of practical teaching.All these play an important role in improving the quality of talent cultivation in terms of high-level innovative professionals and technicians, promoting the healthy development of the modern seed industries, playing a positive role in helping our country to break the cutting-edge technological problems in the seed industry and work hard to bring about an upswing of the seed industry.
