【摘要】 针对农业现代化建设中农机化专业复合应用型人才的需求现状，提出并实施了“农机化专业复合应用型人才培养模式”。以“中国好农机”实践活动为载体，构建了“引导学生认知农机行业”“激发学生热爱农机专业”“指导学生钻研农机学业”和“促成学生献身农机事业”四个培养过程的复合应用型人才培养模式，将育人过程和实践活动有机结合，通过组织学生亲身参与农村的生产实践，完成实践教学过程，实现复合应用型农机化人才的培养，为社会主义新农村建设和农业现代化建设贡献力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the current demand for compound applied talents of agricultural mechanization specialty in the construction of new countryside, the research group has put forward and implemented “the training mode of compound applied talents in agricultural mechanization specialty”.Taking “Farm Machinery in China” practical activity as the carrier, the research group has constructed a compound application-oriented personnel training mode of the four cultivation process including “guiding students to understand the agricultural machinery industry”,“stimulating students to love the agricultural machinery specialty”,“guiding students to study agricultural machinery” and “promoting students to devote themselves to agricultural machinery undertakings”,combing education with practice organically.By organizing students to participate in the production practice in rural areas, the practice teaching process is completed to realize the cultivation of compound application-oriented agricultural mechanization talents, and contribute to the construction of new socialist countryside and agricultural modernization.更多还原
