【Abstract】 Highlighting the central position of talent cultivation, through continuously deepening the reform of outcomes-based education, and organically integrating into the ideological and political education of the courses, the College of Plant Protection in Shandong Agricultural University takes innovation and entrepreneurship education as a breakthrough point of education quality, strengthens the cultivation of students′ innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability, and gradually forms the “Four-Two-Three” practice teaching model of top-notch entrepreneurship classified cultivation.After five years of practice and application, it has achieved fruitful results, explored a new pathway for the development of practical teaching of classified cultivation of college students, and transported a large number of high-quality graduates for our economic society.更多还原
